ICON CONSULTING provides personalized image and style services, including:
– Complete Image Consulting
– Color Analysis & Seasonal Palettes
– Wardrobe Consulting
– Special Event Styling
– Personal Shopping
– Body Shape & Accessory Consulting
Sessions may be held online or in person.
3. Service Packages and Pricing
Essence – €1,000:
– Personal and style analysis
– Basic wardrobe consultation
– Moodboard
Identity – €2,000:
– Includes Essence + accessories and fragrance consultation
– Shopping list
– 1 support session
Icon – €5,000:
– Includes Identity + event styling, full look creation, digital wardrobe, 3 coaching sessions
All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is in advance via bank transfer.
4. Purchase and Payment Terms
Purchase via website form or direct contact.
Only payment method: bank transfer.
Services booked upon receipt of payment.
5. Scheduling and Validity
Services valid for 6 months from purchase.
Unused sessions expire.
Scheduling is subject to availability.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellation or no-show counts as used.
Sessions may be rescheduled by ICON CONSULTING if necessary.
7. Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Partial refunds only in case of non-delivery due to ICON CONSULTING’s responsibility.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and honest information.
Results depend on collaboration.
No psychological or medical advice is provided.
9. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All sessions and materials are confidential.
Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied or redistributed.
10. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
Data of EU clients is processed under GDPR.
